A very good afternoon to our distinguished chief guests, esteemed members of the management, respected parents, dedicated teachers, and my dear students.
I heartily welcome you all to the Annual Day celebration of HOCL School. It is an absolute honor and privilege to stand before you today to present our school’s Annual Report, charting the consistent upward graph of our achievements, growth, and milestones.
As we look back at the academic year, this report is not just a showcase of our triumphs and glories; it is a testament to our collective resilience, hard work, and dedication. At HOCL School, we have always been deeply committed to fostering an environment where young minds can blossom, think independently, and develop into well-rounded, compassionate individuals. We believe in holistic development—balancing academic rigor with the vibrant energy of sports, the creativity of the arts, and the foundational values of discipline and leadership.
While we take immense pride in our successes, we also view this as a moment of reflection to recognize our shortcomings and push the boundaries of what we can achieve. Every milestone reached is a stepping stone to higher goals.
I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each one of you—our management, parents, and staff—for being the pillars of support in this glorious journey. Together, we continue to set high standards and strive tirelessly to achieve them.

Academics

The year 2026 got off to a spectacular start with the declaration of our Class 10 CBSE and Class 12 State Board results. It is an absolute pleasure to share the details of our students’ commendable performances, which reflect their hard work and dedication.
Our Class 10 CBSE results for the 2025–2026 academic year have brought us immense pride, achieving a stellar overall pass percentage of 93.75% with 75 out of 80 students successfully clearing the examination. Leading the cohort with exceptional brilliance is Aishwarya Gujar, who secured the first rank with an outstanding score of 93%, closely followed by Aryan Biramane at 92.8%, and Vedika Patil and Vedashree S. tied for the third spot at 92.4%. Our students have also set incredibly high standards in individual subjects, coming agonizingly close to perfection with Mali Atharv Atul scoring a phenomenal 99 in Mathematics, while Pawar Kaivalya Jagdish matched that extraordinary feat with a 99 in Financial Market Management (FMM). Additionally, our young scholars demonstrated comprehensive academic excellence across the board, securing top marks of 97 in Hindi, Science, and Social Studies (SST), alongside a brilliant 96 in English.
It is a moment of immense pride for HOCL School and Junior College as we celebrate the stellar performances of our students in the HSC Examination 2026 across all three streams.
These outstanding results are a direct reflection of our students’ grit, our teachers’ untiring guidance, and the unwavering support of our parents. Congratulations to all our achievers!
None of these milestones would have been reachable without the single-minded dedication and care of our exceptional teaching faculty. I am also deeply grateful to our parents and well-wishers for their unwavering faith in us, and to our visionary management, whose constant guidance and collaboration continue to drive our success. However, we refuse to rest on our laurels. Our ultimate sights are set on the number one slot, and we have already implemented rigorous measures to bridge any gaps. By introducing intensive extra coaching for board examinees, conducting regular weekly evaluations, and providing specialized counseling sessions to support our students’ mental well-being, we are fully committed to elevating our academic standards to the absolute pinnacle.
Sports
At our institution, sports, games, and physical fitness are integral pillars of our curriculum, vital for fostering a spirit of healthy competition, resilience, and sportsmanship that prepares students for life’s future challenges. This year, our athletes enthusiastically participated in various sports tournaments, bringing immense pride to the school by clinching an impressive array of medals, certificates, and trophies.
School Houses
“Strength does not come from physical capacity, it comes from unity” The students of the school are divided into 4 different houses- Red, Blue, Green and Yellow . Each house is managed by House Masters, Associate House Masters, House Captain and House Prefects. The house on duty performs its duty of conducting the day-to-day activities, competitions in systematic and disciplined manner.
School Activities
“All work and no play make Jack a dull boy” Various Co – Curricular Activities are held to develop a child physically, morally, socially and mentally and to hone skills in co- scholastic areas, regular Inter House Activities were held in which the students participated and display their caliber.
Staff Development
The MES’s HOCL family is anchored by a highly qualified, experienced, and deeply dedicated team of teaching, administrative, and support staff. Recognizing that continuous professional growth is essential in the ever-evolving landscape of education, our faculty—including myself—actively participate in various national workshops, seminars, and training programs to stay ahead of modern pedagogical trends and ensure the highest standards of learning.
Many milestones have been achieved, yet many more lie ahead. We at HOCL School remain steadfast in our unceasing efforts to mould young minds into confident, balanced, and vibrant personalities, fully equipped to uphold the high standards of this institution.
This annual report is a sincere reflection of our steady progress, celebrating the rich array of activities and achievements that defined our year. As we recount these successes with immense pride and joy on this memorable occasion, we proudly dedicate all our achievements to the collective, tireless efforts of our exceptional team.
