GENERAL RULES

  • Admission shall be granted subject to availability of seats and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
  • Admission shall be open to all students irrespective of caste, creed, religion, gender or social status.
  • The decision of the Admission Committee and Principal shall be final and binding.
  • Submission of an application form does not guarantee admission.
  • Any information found false or misleading may result in cancellation of admission.

AGE CRITERIA

  • The age of the child shall be calculated as on 31st December of the academic year for which admission is sought.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION

  • Balvatika I to III
  • Admission shall be based on age eligibility.
  • Informal interaction with parents and child may be conducted.
  • No written test shall be conducted.
  1. Class I
    • Child must have successfully completed Balvatika III/UKG from a recognized school.
    • Age criteria must be fulfilled.
  2. Classes II to VIII
    • Successful completion of the previous class from a recognized school.
    • Submission of Report Card/Progress Card of the previous academic year.
    • Interaction or assessment may be conducted to determine learning levels.
  3. Class IX
    • Successful completion of Class VIII from a recognized school.
    • Submission of School Leaving Certificate and previous academic records.
    • Admission may be subject to an entrance assessment in English, Mathematics and Science.
  4. Class X
    • Admission shall ordinarily be granted only to students transferring from a recognized CBSE school.
    • Transfer cases shall be governed by CBSE Bye-laws.
    • Submission of Transfer Certificate and valid academic records is mandatory.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

For Fresh Admission:

  • Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Authority.
  • Aadhaar Card of student (if available).
  • Passport-size photographs of student and parents.
  • Proof of residence.
  • Parent’s identity proof.
  • Medical fitness certificate (if required).
  • Caste certificate (if applicable).
  • Special needs/disability certificate (if applicable).

For Transfer Cases:

  • Original Transfer Certificate.
  • Previous year’s Report Card.
  • UDISE Number (where applicable).
  • PEN/APAR ID (if applicable).
  • Migration Certificate (where applicable).

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  • Step 1: Submission of Admission Form.
  • Step 2: Verification of Documents.
  • Step 3: Child Interaction/Assessment (where applicable).
  • Step 4: Approval by Admission Committee.
  • Step 5: Payment of Fees within prescribed time.
  • Step 6: Confirmation of Admission.

FEE PAYMENT

  • Admission shall be confirmed only after payment of prescribed fees.
  • Fees once paid shall be governed by the school’s refund policy.

WITHDRAWAL OF ADMISSION

The school reserves the right to cancel admission if:

  • Documents submitted are found to be false.
  • Admission has been obtained through misrepresentation.
  • Eligibility conditions are not fulfilled.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS

Students with Special Needs (CWSN) shall be considered as per CBSE and Government norms. Necessary supporting documents must be submitted at the time of admission.

AUTHORITY

The Principal reserves the right to interpret, amend or modify these rules in accordance with CBSE, Government of Maharashtra and statutory regulations.
